Welcome to UNIQ. These Terms and Conditions
(“Agreement”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products
therein. By placing an order, the customer (“You”) agrees to be bound by this
Agreement, as well as any other policies referenced herein or available by
hyperlink.
Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us (UNIQ). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment Methods
Payment for all orders must be made in advance by the methods listed on our website. By submitting a payment, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within two (2) business days following the verification of payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from UNIQ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cancelation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure the efficiency of our order fulfillment process.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturer’s defects within seven (7) days from receipt of product. You must contact us for a preliminary assessment and comply with our return process, including any troubleshooting or technical evaluation we may require.
Refunds
Refunds are strictly limited to cases where an item is damaged (but not customer’s fault) and cannot be replaced and are contingent upon the submission of an unboxing video as proof of the damage. Refund requests will be processed through the original payment method (or agreed refund method) within five (5) business days from the acceptance of the refund request. The timing of the refund credit will depend upon the policies of the payment provider.
UNIQ shall not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, and personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if UNIQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
UNIQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.
